Wow! This might take the cake for the coolest invention of the year. Asahi made a beer robot with features such as refrigeration of up to 6 cans (& 2 mugs) as well as a button to push that pours the beer perfect every time. Some of my friends know that I suck at pouring beer (as I demonstrated last night) so this would be the perfect gift for me. It’s like the R2D2 of Beer!!!
In order to be eligible for receiving one of the 5,000 robots that Ashai made, applicants will be required to collect 36 seals from Asahi beer cans. There will then be a contest held by Ashai from February 20th through May 22nd. Although I’m not certain, I don’t think these units are for sale….yet. If anyone knows otherwise, please let me know because I definitely want one.
